Attendance Procedures

Choose ONE of the following methods to report:

You can report 24/7 using any of these methods. 

This includes reporting for: Illness, Vacation, Appointments, Late arrivals, Early dismissals​

1. School Messenger (Recommended & Easiest)

• Visit: School Messenger
• Download the School Messenger app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Create an account (use the same email the school has on file)
• Go to “Attendance” → “Report an Absence”

2. Phone

• Call Eastview Elementary at 604-904-3520
• Press 1 to report the absence

3. Email

• Send an email to: eastview@sd44.ca
• Also cc your child’s teacher
